Today I seemed to spend a lot of my time yelling at the small boy. He was having just one of those days where he was determined to be naughty. Drawing on things he shouldn’t be drawing on (like the table cloth, his car track and another table). He pulled an entire chive plant out.. roots and all… Then decided to toss it over the verandah to hide the evidence.
It didn’t work. I noticed.
He then managed to cover himself in green ink. I have no idea how, or where said green came from. I’m sure I will find out soon enough.
He then emptied half a container of hair conditioner all over himself (probably trying to remove the green).
Later on he thought it would be fun to dig in the old fire pit and got covered in ash. After a shower and he was in his pajamas he thought he would have another crack at it. I was not impressed.
I do watch him, i check on what he is doing constantly and usually he is just having harmless fun with his trucks or bike but today he drove me nuts.
So not a lot was achieved. I think I need to install security cameras around the perimeter of the house so while I’m doing the dishes or folding washing I can still keep an eye on him.

(This is his favorite way to swing on the hammock. He just runs at it, grabs on and kicks his legs up. I know it’s a broken something waiting to happen but he is a madman)
