Wednesday

Wednesday is mothers group day and this week we were spoilt at Narts house. With lots of experience in child care she always puts us to shame by setting up lots of fun things for the kids to do. Today it was colored ice blocks for painting with, a sandpit and some water play. Noah loves water so one guess where he spent most of the time.

We then headed home via bunnings to pick up a new bag of sand for Noah’s sand pit. It’s been empty through most of winter so he was very excited to be able to dig in it again.

And now I’m just chillin out in the hammock enjoying the warm weather contemplating where we should go for our Christmas holidays. Trent and I are planing to take at least 4-5 days off and go away with no kids before then taking all seven down to the beach somewhere for a week. We are not sure where we should spend those few peaceful days alone though.

Any suggestions? We will be taking our camper trailer so we can stop pretty much anywhere but we don’t want to spend too much time driving. Trent wants to incorporate hunting, fishing, camping and sightseeing so the location has to tick most if not all those boxes.

If you were in Victoria and were child free for a few days where would you go?
